So this afternoon my Patreon was suspended due to breaking the sites guidelines. I have only a few extra details on my site about it, but for the most part am in the dark on the direct reason until someone over at Patreon gets back to me over email.
While this is extremely disappointing, I am not going to let it ruin my week. I have some plans on how I will be moving forward once the suspension is lifted, and while it’s not optimal for me, having no income due to the suspension is much worst.
Now it’s time to sleep. Cheers, yall.
While I have yet to hear from Patreon today on this issue, it may have ended up being my own blunder. I always knew to keep all the overtly pornographic posts as “Patreon Only”, but as I was deleting many of the posts that could be problematic with the guidelines, I found out that over a year ago I accidently posted a single streamer image as public, AKA this one..

Whether that was the root of the issue I don’t know, could just be all the non-con I create too, but either way kicking myself for that one since it’s such a noobish mistake.
Hopefully I hear from them soon on the actual reason for the suspension and hopefully will have it removed once they review my changes I put through last night. Word to the wise though, double check all your public posts to make sure you don’t have any lingering porn or nudes. From what people tell me they hate that shit.
Wish me luck.
My suspension has been lifted. It turns out the original marker for the suspension WAS the image above accidently being marked as public.
I still removed any an all content that may break the guidelines, as they already had eyes scanning my page and likely would have kept the suspension valid if they saw anything else that broke the guidelines, but it was nice to at least have confirmation on the original reason. I still feel like a total dope though.
Anyways, if you have a Patreon make sure to DOUBLE CHECK all your public posts for any errant nudity or porn. They will suspend you for it, even if the post is years old.
